This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with children aged birth to five who thrives in a nurturing and busy nursery environment and enjoys making a real difference each day as an Early Years Practitioner in Canterbury.

The Role As an Early Years Practitioner , you will: Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework Create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Observe, plan, and assess children's development using Development Matters (2023) Contribute to summative assessments and developmental reports Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues within a supportive setting in Canterbury About You To be successful in this role, you will: Hold a recognised Level 2 Early Years qualification Have recent experience working within a nursery or similar early years setting Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development Be confident completing observations and supporting xbpsjku learning outcomes Be proactive, caring, and a strong team player What's on Offer Supportive and experienced team environment Flexible working hours Generous holiday allowance, including a 2-week closure over Christmas and New Year If you're passionate about early years education and looking to progress your career as an Early Years Practitioner , we'd love to hear from you!
