Creating engaging, age‑appropriate activities that support learning through play

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS framework

Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

Bringing your enthusiasm, ideas, and passion for early years to every day

What We're Looking For

A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach

A genuine passion for early childhood development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safeguarding
