Your new role
Bring early literacy, numeracy, phonics and personal development to life through imaginative teaching
Create a welcoming, positive setting where children feel confident to explore and grow
Observe and document developmental milestones, sharing insights with permanent staff
Provide consistent support across nursery and reception classes during staff absences
Adjust easily to different classroom environments and early years age groups
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Teacher Status / Early Years Teacher Status
Understanding, patience, and the ability to engage children in meaningful ways
A confident, flexible teaching style that adapts to different schools and situations
