Are you wanting a career in childcare? Would you like to earn whilst you learn? We're looking for Early Years Educator Apprentices to join the Happy Days team based at our Poole nursery. As an apprentice, you will be working towards a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. You will gain exposure and hands on experience whilst completing your qualification, whilst being an integral part of the nursery team. About the role: As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will: Assist in providing exceptional early years education, supporting each childs development and learning journey. Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism. Work with Early Years Educational Framework (EYFS) to provide exceptional standards of practice for every child within our care. Happy Days strives towards a learning-first environment; you will be fully supported with time, known as "off the job" to complete the academic requirements for your qualification.
