The role Our client is a leading global Asset Management firm looking to hire a Senior Manager for the Early Careers Programme team supporting EMEA. The EC team operates as part of the broader Learning & Development function and contributes to the overall L&D strategy. The position involves contributing to the ongoing development of early careers and apprentice programmes across three focus areas: talent management, employee experience, and data and governance. It is accountable for managing the delivery of the apprentice development curriculum both internally and in accordance with government standards in the UK and Ireland. Additionally, the role is responsible for delivering enterprise-wide learning interventions that align with the broader talent strategy and organisational goals. This is a pivotal moment for the team, offering the opportunity to set strong foundations and shape impactful, scalable programmes—particularly within Investment Management, where expectations for a premium ‘gold standard’ service are high. The role requires working closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise (COEs) to ensure programmes are not only developmental but also performance-focused.
