As Early Careers Manager, youll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality early careers pathways, working closely with senior leaders and the wider team to continuously improve programmes that are engaging, inclusive, and aligned to our future skills needs.Please note:This is a nationwide role and will involve regular travel across both the north and south of the UK. Outside of travel, the role will be home-based. Due to the level of travel required, we are ideally seeking candidates based in the Midlands or central UK locations.
