Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.This role sits within ourPeople Servicesteam, supporting ourEarly Careersfunction as we attract, develop, and nurture the next generation of talent through our apprenticeship and graduate programmes. As Early Careers Manager, youll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality early careers pathways, working closely with senior leaders and the wider team to continuously improve programmes that are engaging, inclusive, and aligned to our future skills needs.Please note:This is a nationwide role and will involve regular travel across both the north and south of the UK. Outside of travel, the role will be home-based. Due to the level of travel required, we are ideally seeking candidates based in the Midlands or central UK locations. Applicants must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the UK.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?In this role, youll support our early careers recruitment activity, including assessment centres and inductions, while providing coaching and pastoral support to apprentices, placements, and graduates.
