Job title: Early Careers and Skills Coach – Finance – Please note this is a part time position

Salary: £30,405 (£45,000 FTE) – depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Design and deliver a coaching-led programme using blended learning approaches aligned to apprenticeship standards and occupational goals
Support apprentices in their progression by monitoring performance, providing timely feedback, and guiding them toward successful completion of their programme
Deliver off-the-job training and provide welfare support, career guidance, and skills development tailored to individual need
Ensure all learning activities uphold safety, safeguarding, and professional standards
Promote modern and engaging learning practices including problem-based learning, skills competitions, and enrichment activities
Inspire and coach learners to reach their full potential, developing them into confident and autonomous employees
Monitor and maintain effective safeguarding, health and safety, welfare, and support practices throughout the programme
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Demonstrable occupational competence within the finance sector
Strong coaching skills with proven experience in a coaching or mentoring environment
A genuine passion for early careers development, apprenticeships, and learning
Desirable:
Recognised teaching or learning delivery qualification
Experience delivering learning and training within a professional or apprenticeship setting
Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA or equivalent)
Professional registration in a relevant finance-related discipline
