These roles are ideal for ECTs who want to build confidence, gain varied classroom experience, and work in schools that value proper support, without the pressure of committing to a permanent post straight away.

The Role:

* Long-term supply positions in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Full-time roles during term time
* Work within supportive schools experienced in hosting ECTs
* Opportunity to gain broad experience across different settings

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* ECTs (newly qualified or recently qualified teachers)
* Strong classroom management and adaptability
* Passion for primary education and inclusive practice
