An ambitious and welcoming Good rated primary school in the London Borough of Barnet is seeking a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2025. The Role
• Full-time, permanent ECT Class Teacher role (KS1/KS2 – final year group discussed at interview)
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs
• Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Work closely with mentors, phase leaders and support staff
• Contribute to the wider school community, including trips, clubs and events
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or on track to achieve by September 2025)
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum (KS1 or KS2)
• Passion for education and commitment to raising pupil achievement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, reflective and eager to develop professionally
