EA & Private PA to Founder of Private Family Office in Hampstead

Job Description
This small family office based in Hampstead requires an experienced senior EA and private PA to support the Founder and his family plus the Chief of Staff. The role is full time and will require you to be in the office in Hampstead every morning and the afternoons can be worked from home. This means we are looking for someone who lives relatively close to Hampstead. The role in incredibly varied as the Principal and his wife have many different elements to their life whether that is on the investment side, charitable foundations or personal pursuits and therefore we are looking for someone who has proven experience supporting HNWIs in both a business and personal capacity and has worked in a small family office and across multiple time zones.
\n\nThe core responsibilities are as follows:
\n\nEA responsibilities
\n\n- \n\t
- Scheduling \n\t
- Travel booking when appropriate, including occasional conference booking \n\t
- Email correspondence \n\t
- File management including an early project to clean up old versions of the shared area \n\t
- Office management (this is very light as office is small and serviced) \n\t
- Assistance with organising team offsites where appropriate \n
Private PA responsibilities
\n\n- \n\t
- Coordinating family schedule - including kids and school responsibilities \n\t
- Managing suppliers for the family (e.g. payment of tutors) \n\t
- Recruitment of new housekeeper (e.g. chef) \n\t
- Strong interest in and ongoing overview of family health and wellbeing \n\t
- Admin support on any family foundation related business \n\t
- Personal social planning for family e.g. booking restaurants, researching experiences etc \n\t
- Ad hoc research for the Principal and his wife \n
In terms of profile, we are looking for:
\n\n- \n\t
- Someone with family office experience (to have experienced liaising with various investors and stakeholders) \n\t
- Proven EA experience with strong organisation skills \n\t
- Proven private PA experience supporting a HNWI \n\t
- Close proximity to Hampstead \n\t
- A bonus would be someone with an interest in health and fitness/wellness \n
We are seeking someone who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, highly proactive, accurate and extremely efficient in their working style. Previous private PA experience is required so that the candidate can demonstrate that they have had to think outside of the box, be resourceful and have the ability to problem solve. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly assimilate information and present it in a clear, concise format that allows others to digest it easily. High emotional intelligence is essential, as the successful individual will be working within a small, forward-thinking team of motivated and high-performing people. The environment offers a high level of responsibility alongside a great deal of autonomy. As trust is built with the Principal, there is considerable flexibility to support family life.
