The Job
Were looking for a Dynamics CRM Developer to help engineer and evolve our Microsoft ecosystem, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Environments. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that align with our business objectives .

Key responsibilities will include:
Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned to business requirements.
Build, maintain , and optimise integrations between Dynamics 365, third-party systems (e.g. POS, booking, 3 rd party applications), and internal platforms.
Develop scalable Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to automate workflows and enhance user interactions.
Implement automated processes using Power Automate, optimising operational efficiency and reducing manual touchpoints.
Manage solution lifecycle including deployment, upgrades, versioning, and environment management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
Document process mapping and custom tables and fields ensuring these align with analysis requirements
Optimise solution performance and stability through debugging, diagnostics, and best-practice architecture.
Stay current with platform updates, release waves, and new Microsoft features, and lead their implementation where relevant.
To be successful in this role, youll :
Have solid hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 particularly in CRM, Sales , and C ustomer I nsights modules
In-depth understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform architecture, and data modelling best practices .
Expertise in extending Dynamics 365 through custom plug-ins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, and business rules.
Proven ability to develop and maintain Power Apps both Canvas and Model-Driven for business-critical use cases.
Advanced use of Power Automate for workflow automation and system integrations.
E xperience with REST APIs, OData, and building/managing custom connectors to support third-party integrations .
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus, to extend Power Platform capabilities.
Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in a Power Platform context using solutions and DevOps pipelines.
Working knowledge of version control and CI/CD practices in a low-code/no-code environment.
Exposure to Power BI for dashboard integration and reporting (desirable).
