Key Responsibilities

Lead the testing strategy for the re‑implementation of Dynamics 365 across both internal systems and client‑facing environments. Define and manage test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure quality delivery throughout the re‑implementation process. Manage end‑to‑end testing of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O modules, ensuring integration and functionality meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify and resolve defects during re‑implementation. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with both internal stakeholders and client expectations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers, ensuring best practices are followed. Report on test progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Required experience

Proven experience as a Test Lead within Dynamics 365 environments. Demonstrable expertise in end‑to‑end testing of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O modules. Strong knowledge of CRM modules, Power Platform, and Azure integration. Excellent understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams. ISTQB certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
