About the Role We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of high‑quality technical solutions across a range of client projects. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, enhance existing systems, and architect scalable, future‑focused solutions. You will guide internal delivery teams throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence from initial planning through to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Delivery
Lead the conceptualisation, design, and implementation of robust solutions across CRM, low‑code, and integration platforms. Ensure all solutions follow best‑practice standards, supported configurations, and appropriate customisation approaches. Develop proof‑of‑concepts using relevant programming and low‑code tools to demonstrate potential solution approaches.
Technical Leadership
Oversee and review work produced by delivery teams across all project phases. Provide clear direction, support, and leadership to ensure effective and timely delivery. Identify risks within solution designs and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Support pre‑sales activities, including requirements gathering, scoping, and solution demonstrations. Contribute to sales discussions, planning sessions, and solution presentations when required.
Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Research and recommend new tools or approaches that could strengthen architectural strategies or benefit clients.

Skills & Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in a solution architecture role within a CRM or enterprise platform environment. Cloud‑related certifications are advantageous. Experience in consultancy, professional services, or partner‑led environments is beneficial. Strong understanding of systems integration and technical design principles. Exposure to pre‑sales activities and solution demonstrations. Solid knowledge of modern cloud technologies and architectural best practices. Excellent organisational, communication, and documentation skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning. Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism. Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
