Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – D365 CRM/CE & Power Platform 📍London (3 days onsite) 🔐 Must be eligible for SC Clearance (no sponsorship available) The Role We’re looking for a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant with strong experience in Microsoft Partner environments to lead the delivery of high-impact Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery—working closely with clients to shape requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive successful implementations across the full project lifecycle. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused position where your expertise will directly influence business outcomes and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Lead the functional design and delivery of D365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) Run client workshops, gather requirements, and produce clear, high-quality documentation Configure and customise D365 CE and Power Platform solutions in line with best practices Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned to architecture Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through design decisions and solution adoption Mentor and support junior consultants within the team Contribute to pre-sales activities, including demos and solution design input Stay aligned with the Microsoft roadmap and promote continuous improvement

About You

5+ years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions within a Microsoft Partner environment Strong functional knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, high-value solutions Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are highly desirable
