We have an exciting opportunity for an Duty Manager to join our critically acclaimed Mediterranean Tapas restaurant in Ancoats, Manchester.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive service standards, develop teams, and oversee daily restaurant operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Team Management – Lead, develop, and support the front-of-house team. Customer Experience – Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Financial Management – Oversee budgets, gross profit margins, wages, and purchasing. Compliance & Safety – Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene, stock control, and record-keeping processes are followed.
