We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. The successful candidate will assist in executing financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support new business generation.

Our Transaction Services team is award-winning and highly regarded in the marketplace. The team specializes in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments, typically ranging from £20m to £500m deal values.

This role offers an opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services. You will play an integral role in leading the execution of financial due diligence projects and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

You will make an impact by:

1. Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to the partner.
2. Leading fieldwork teams.
3. Directing financial analysis on target businesses for due diligence reports.
4. Liaising with clients, target businesses, and professional advisors during transactions.
5. Developing industry, channel, and economic expertise.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Experience in Transaction services.
• Strong experience with TMT sector deals and a focus on this sector.
• Experience in writing high-quality, value-adding due diligence reports.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for understanding business operations.
• A good understanding of deal mechanics.
• High accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
• Commercial mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally, and be a strong team player.
