Children’s Residential Homes – Trowbridge

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum
Joining Bonus: £12,000

We are seeking an exceptional Dual Registered Manager to lead two children’s residential homes in Trowbridge.

Working in close partnership with the Local Authority,

* Hold Ofsted registration for two residential children’s homes

* Provide inspirational leadership and management across both homes

* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care

* Work closely with Wiltshire County Council, external professionals, and families

* Drive a positive culture focused on safeguarding, stability, and positive outcomes

* Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards

* Lead, develop, and support staff teams to be the best they can be

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is an experienced Registered Manager within children’s residential care

* Holds, or is willing to work towards, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management

* Has a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and inspections

* Is confident managing multiple services while maintaining outstanding standards

* Is passionate, resilient, and committed to improving the lives of young people

* Values partnership working and collaborative practice
