We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Drug & Alcohol Recovery Worker to join our integrated healthcare team in Southend-on-Sea, supporting adults affected by drug and alcohol use. You’ll deliver client-centred psychosocial interventions, using both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches, tailored to individual needs. This is a varied, hands-on role where collaboration and outcomes really matter.
