This is a fast-paced desk with huge potential, so we’re looking for someone with energy, resilience, and a strong commercial drive.\n\nThe Role: Driving Recruitment Consultant\n\nAs a 360 Consultant in our Driving division, you’ll be responsible for winning new business, filling urgent temporary vacancies, and building long-term client relationships.

You’ll need to thrive under pressure, be responsive to ever-changing client demands, and deliver results at speed.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSales & Business Development\n\nProactively develop new business through cold calling, lead generation, networking and referrals\n\nIdentify and engage key decision-makers in logistics and transport businesses\n\nBuild a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet/exceed monthly targets\n\nPromote Workforce’s recruitment solutions to new and existing clients\n\nAttend client visits to understand recruitment needs and secure new business\n\nUpsell additional services, such as advertising packages and extended placements\n\nRecruitment Delivery\n\nRespond quickly and effectively to urgent client bookings, often same-day\n\nWrite and post engaging job adverts to attract drivers across all classes\n\nSource, screen and register candidates efficiently, ensuring full compliance\n\nManage the full recruitment cycle: vacancy brief to placement to aftercare\n\nMaintain strong relationships with active drivers and clients to ensure repeat business\n\nKeep CRM systems fully up to date for full visibility and compliance\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nExperience in recruitment or B2B sales is highly desirable \n\nKnowledge of the driving or logistics sector is a plus but not essential\n\nResilient, competitive and target-driven, with a strong work ethic\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers\n\nAble to work at pace, prioritise effectively and stay calm under pressure\n\nComfortable making outbound sales calls and working toward KPIs\n\nWhat You’ll Get in Return\n\n£28,000 - £32,000 basic salary\n\nUncapped commission with a clear, achievable bonus structure\n\nSalary reviews every 6 months for hitting objectives\n\n25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 28 after 3 years)\n\nDay off for your birthday\n\n1 paid volunteering day per year\n\nOngoing coaching, training, and certified development programmes\n\nCareer progression into senior or management roles\n\nAccess to 24/7 GP line, mental health support and accident insurance\n\nHigh street and gym discounts\n\nRegular team socials, summer parties and Christmas events\n\nReady to Take the Wheel?\n\nIf you’re a driven recruiter or salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we want to hear from you.\n\nSend your CV to \n\nINDIS26
