The Role: We are seeking a proactive and reliable Driver's Mate with essential previous experience as a Drainage Engineer. This unique role will involve supporting our drivers on various jobs, primarily assisting with drainage-related tasks and ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of work. Due to the nature of our business, flexibility in working hours is a key requirement, as some jobs may require early starts, late finishes, or weekend work.
Key Responsibilities: On-site Assistance: Accompanying drivers to various job sites, providing hands-on support with equipment and materials. Drainage Expertise: Utilising previous Drainage Engineer experience to assist with: Diagnosing drainage issues. Operating drainage equipment Performing minor repairs and unblocking drains.
