HGV Class 1 Driver\n\nSalary: £18.82 per hour, plus Veolia benefits. \n\nHours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7 - 3.06pm, 30 minute, unpaid break daily. \n\nYou are required to work Good Friday and every Saturday following a Bank Holiday Monday \n\n(these are known as catch up Saturdays)\n\nLocation: Central Depot, Baths Road, Bromley, BR2 9RB\n\nWhen you see the world as we do, you see the chance to help the world take better care of its resources, and help it become a better place for everyone.

bin-lifts.\nTo ensure the vehicle is safely and properly loaded, operated and driven at all times, whilst collecting, transporting or tipping waste.\nReporting to the operations office at the start of your daily shift.\nScheduled household collections of waste / recycling, assisting the crew with collections.\nTo ensure all scheduled work is completed and compliant use of onboard devices adhered to. \nTo adhere to all policies and safety procedures.\nTo ensure correct PPE is worn at all times.\nTo carry out any other duties that may be required as directed by your line manager.. \n\nWhat we're looking for;\n\nEssential:\n\nClass 1 Driving Licence\nAn up-to-date CPC / DIGI card.Desirable:\n\nLocal geographical knowledge is highly desirable, including experience of driving in the area.\nExperience in transport of waste and use of walking floor trailers is desirable.
