 As a Driver LCV (B) based in Colchester you’ll be responsible for:  

• Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies across Essex and Suffolk.

• Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as toilets, boilers, sinks etc.

• Assisting in the warehouse once back from deliveries with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying.

• General admin and using the computer to print off the run list, stock transfers etc.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm or 7.30am - 4.30pm, along with 2 Saturday's per month 8am - 12noon paid at standard rate overtime.

• Full UK Driving licence

• Excellent communication skills

• Confidence using computers and experience using a PDA

• Willingness to undertake further training and help in all areas of the branch.
