The Role
As an Unqualified Supply Teacher, you’ll step in when a teacher is absent. You’re not expected to teach new content. Your role is to lead, guide and engage.
Deliver pre-set work left by the teacher
Use your presence and communication skills to hold the room
Keep students focused, motivated and on task
Build positive, professional relationships with pupils
Adapt your approach to suit different classes and environments
Your drama background gives you a real edge—confidence, improvisation and energy are key.
£95–£115 per day

Drama students or graduates (or similar backgrounds)
Confident communicators who can engage a room
Calm, adaptable and resilient
Passionate about working with young people
Experience in drama, youth work, tutoring, coaching or similar is a bonus
Must have the right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
