Job Reference: 914 Job Title: Drainage Operations Manager Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 Location: Dartford, Kent Job Type: Technical/ Engineering Working Hours: Monday Friday Job Summary Were looking for a passionate and dedicated operations manager to join our clients team. In this role, youll be responsible for the day to day management of over 35 engineers, due to the nature of the work someone from a drainage/environmental facilities background will be required.
Key Responsibilities Day to day management of 35 engineers Oversee day-to-day drainage operations (reactive jobs, planned maintenance, emergency callouts). Supervise and support a team of drainage engineers and field staff. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Requirements Proven experience within Facilities Management Previous management experience Strong knowledge with drainage or similar environmental facilities Excellent organisational and communication skills Right to work in the UK
