This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and resolving drainage issues efficiently, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Emergency & Reactive Call-Outs: Respond quickly to urgent drainage issues for a wide variety of clients.

Drainage Maintenance & Repair: Perform high-pressure water jetting, de-scaling, core cleaning, and CCTV inspections to identify and resolve blockages.

Basic Plumbing Tasks: Carry out minor plumbing work, including toilet and urinal removal, isolation valve replacements, and repairs.

Equipment Operation: Use Electro Mechanical and CCTV equipment safely and effectively to inspect and clear drainage systems.

Health, Safety & Compliance: Follow all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements Proven Experience: Solid background in diagnosing and resolving internal and external drainage issues.

Technical Skills: Competence in operating Electro Mechanical and CCTV tools, with the ability to perform minor plumbing tasks.

Full UK Driving License: Clean record with no more than six penalty points.

Reliability & Time Management: Punctual and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Problem-Solving Ability: Logical approach to troubleshooting and resolving drainage problems.
