Monday to Friday + Optional Saturday Overtime

We're working with a growing telecoms provider expanding across Lincoln, and they're looking for motivated individuals to generate leads within local communities.
What you'll be doing- Door-to-door engagement in targeted residential areas
- Introducing a high-speed broadband service to homeowners
- Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team
- Booking appointments and creating genuine interest
- Working towards daily and weekly targets
- Confident and approachable communicator
- Positive, resilient mindset – comfortable with rejection
- Target-driven and motivated by earning commission
- Previous customer-facing or sales experience is helpful, not essential
- Happy working outdoors and covering local areas
- £25,000 basic salary
- Realistic £6,000–£10,000 annual commission (uncapped)
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Optional Saturday overtime to boost earnings
- Full training and ongoing support
- Clear progression into field sales or leadership roles
