About the RoleWe arerecruitingexperienced care workers (drivers only)to support adults in the Crowborough area and surrounding villages (withinapproximately 810 miles / 20-minute radius).You will primarily support:Older adultsIndividuals living with dementiaThis role includes a mix of:Short-term coverOngoingrotagapsPackage-based continuity workHours offered vary depending on the local packages you take on. Once suitability and reliability areestablished, local runs can be built around consistent availability.This islocal,community-based care;reliability and timekeeping are essential.Drivers are required due to travel between calls.We arenot offering visa sponsorship.Visa holders seekingadditionallocal hours are welcome to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering personal care in clients homesSupporting daily living tasks with dignity and independenceFollowing person-centredcare plansSupporting individuals living with dementiaMaintainingaccuratecare recordsSupporting medication where trainedAdhering to safeguarding, infection control, and Health & Safety proceduresRequirementsRight to Work in the UK (no sponsorshiprequired)Minimum 2 years UK care experience (domiciliary preferred)Experience supporting older adults and/or dementia careEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)Full UK drivinglicenceand access to a car (essential)Good spoken and written EnglishReliable availability and ability to commit to agreed local packagesDesireableNVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social CareJBRP1_UKTJ
