About the Role

Working within clients’ homes across Oxford, Abingdon and Bicester, you will provide high‑quality personal care and daily living support tailored to individual needs. You will act with professionalism, empathy and confidence, ensuring dignity, independence and wellbeing are at the heart of every interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering personal care and mobility support Assisting with medication in line with care plans Supporting daily routines and promoting independence Building positive, trusting relationships with clients and families Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately Working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals What We Offer
