LOCATION: London

SALARY: 35-42K + van, overtime etc

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Recognised industry qualifications in plumbing /heating and gas safe /acs.
As a Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumbing and Heating Engineer you will have good customer services skills, be well presented and articulate, due to the nature of residential properties you will be attending someone with a professional nature is a must
Flexible with a strong work ethic
Experience of working on domestic gas contracts of a high end nature previously would be advantegious
Proven ability in planned maintenance in domestic heating and plumbing systems
Motivated and trustworthy
Other building experience in advantageous but not essential

JOB INFORMATION

Based from home and working on a mobile basis across the west half of London - our client has a large portfolio of work with high end domestic customers/landlords and so on
The engineer will be responsible for carrying out domestic gas boiler - maintenance and some installation along with heating and plumbing planned /response maintenance,
You will be working within a small and close knit team who have all been with the business a longtime. Staff retention is excellent - this role has come avaiualbe due to growth
Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week
Van and fuel card
