The Role
As the Domestic Energy Assessor, you’ll:
Carry out Domestic Energy Assessments on residential properties
Produce accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
Collect property data and input into approved assessment software
Ensure all work meets industry standards and accreditation requirements
Manage appointments and travel within the Cannock area
Maintain professional communication with clients and homeowners
You
To be successful in the role of Domestic Energy Assessor, you’ll bring:
A qualification and accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
Experience producing EPCs preferred
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Good organisational and time management skills
The ability to work independently
