Role Overview: We are seeking experienced professionals to undertake Stock Condition Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA), and Retrofit Assessments on social housing properties. Using a tablet device, you will record property condition, energy efficiency, and compliance with housing safety standards.Please note:Not all surveyors need to be qualified Retrofit Assessors. We welcome applicants withjust a DEA accreditation. Your responsibilities willinclude:Conducting stock condition surveys to assess the remaining lifespan of key components (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms)Evaluating the internal and external condition of residential propertiesApplying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risksCarrying out EPC assessments as a qualified DEAPerforming retrofit assessments (where applicable)Ideal Candidates Will Have:Proven experience in stock condition surveying, energy assessments, or retrofit assessmentsAccreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)Retrofit Assessor qualification (desirable but not essential for all roles)Familiarity with HHSRSStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsProficiency in using tablets and survey softwareInterested?
