Your role
- Provide a personalised cleaning service that meets customers’ needs
- Keep communal and service areas clean, comfortable and safe
- Use housekeeping equipment responsibly and maintain standards
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when needed
Your skills
- Experience in housekeeping or domestic duties is helpful but not essential
- Caring, approachable and compassionate attitude
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality and Catering or willingness to work towards it
