As we scale nationally, we’re looking for a select few engineers to help us build regional teams, shape field ops from the ground up, and grow into leadership roles. *THE ROLE* We're hiring Domestic Appliance Engineers who want more than just a van and a call sheet. This role is for someone who wants to own a region, lead future hires, and help us build a better service model from the inside out.You’ll be responsible for installing and repairing major domestic appliances, including fridge freezers—with full support from HQ and access to an integrated logistics and tracking system. xehkeey You’ll also have a say in how we grow your patch, including helping us streamline parts, storage, and disposal logistics.We’re hiring in: Manchester: One regional engineer with long-term leadership potential *WHAT YOU’LL DO* * Install and repair domestic appliances (washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, fridge freezers, etc.) * Work in modern, high-spec apartment buildings—not rushed, volume-based routes * Take full ownership of jobs, from service to reporting to resident experience * Confidently repair, remove, and install fridge freezers, including safe handling and storage * Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Additional leave * Company car * Company events * Company pension * Free or subsidised travel Work Location: In person Reference ID: 1001 Expected start date: 06/04/2026
