Reporting to the Mechanical Contracts Engineer the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive maintenance tasks and occasional new minor installation work. The individual will work as part of the FM team, but must demonstrate a sound knowledge of all mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems and demonstrate ability to work on their own initiative.
