This is an exciting opportunity to lead a specialist service embedded within a multi-agency environment, focused on delivering high-quality, trauma-informed interventions.
This role plays a pivotal part in driving forward innovative approaches to domestic abuse, working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary sector partners to improve outcomes for victims, survivors, families, and individuals using harmful behaviours.
Key Responsibilities Lead the safe, effective delivery of a Domestic Abuse Service in line with contractual and quality standards Provide leadership, supervision, and oversight to a team of senior practitioners Support complex, high-risk domestic abuse cases, offering guidance on risk management and escalation Deliver direct interventions where required and support professionals in robust risk assessment and safety planning Promote strong safeguarding practices to enhance safety for victims and survivors Challenge victim-blaming cultures and champion best practice across partner agencies Build and maintain strong multi-agency relationships, contributing to operational and strategic meetings Drive service development by introducing innovative approaches to improve outcomes Monitor and report on service performance, outcomes, and emerging domestic abuse trends Manage workload flexibly, including occasional evening work About You We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about making a difference.
