Legal Document Production Specialist

Permanent – Full Time

Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm

Hybrid working – 2 days in the London office, and 3 days from home

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join its dedicated document centre on a hybrid working basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious international firm, providing high-quality document production support while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working. The working hours will be 9:30am – 5:30pm on a full-time permanent basis, on an impressive annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus a very generous perks and benefits package, this firm really look after and invest heavily in their employees. The firm is based in modern, luxurious offices located in the West End of London in WC1

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a first-class document production service using in-house Word templates.
• Handling a wide range of requests including amends, conversions, working with PDFs, digital dictation, repairing documents, organisation charts, and presentations.
• Managing files via a cloud-based system, ensuring all work is properly checked in/out.
• Performing thorough quality control before returning completed work to fee earners.
• Troubleshoot formatting and technical issues.
• Partner with colleagues on larger, more complex jobs.
• Ensure all work meets the firm’s exceptionally high quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven long term experience in a legal document production role within a law firm.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word) and familiarity with additional software such as Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise across departments.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently when required.
