This truly is a fantastic opportunity for a Document Controller / Project Administrator to join one of the most dynamic names in the industry. With an ever-growing pipeline of work, new clients and expanding team it’s an exciting time to join this rapidly growing and forward-thinking company.
The project will be a very high profile build in the centre of Leeds with a role that will see you wearing many different hats managing the control of documents using Viewpoint as well as MS Office Suite. You will be dealing with a wide range of internal staff, clients, architects, engineers and more.
Overview:
• To act act as main point of contact for support of operational teams on site both in-house and subcontractors and ensure the site offices run efficiently
Skills and Experience:
Experience of working in a construction site office setting would be advantageous
Well organised and self-motivated
Good working knowledge of Viewpoint and MS Suite would be desirable
Excellent communication skills
Diligent and an analytical thinker
Ability to prioritise work, multitask and troubleshoot
Good time management skills
