Document Controller - Permanent – Waterloo Our client is established in London, and they are looking for a Document Controller to help present projects working between Waterloo office and various sites in London. Day-to-day Duties: * Office and Site based * Accurately log, track and distribute incoming and revised drawings * Ensure all documentation is issued to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner * Maintain records of project schedules, specifications, and technical documents * Support surveyors and contract managers with document management and filing systems * Assist the estimating team with tender documentation and document registers * Support the marketing team with PQQ submission and document registers * Assist in the preparation and collation of operation & maintenance manuals * Provide guidance to site teams on accessing and using the document management system * Ensure documents are stored correctly within the company’s database / CDE system * Manage the archiving of completed projects, ensuring compliance with company retention policies * Arrange secure disposal/shredding of confidential documents where required. Experience Needed: * Proven experience in a document controller role within construction or similar industry * Strong working knowledge of Trimble Viewpoint * Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
