Document Controller Location - ChesterDo you have experience managing documents in a structured environment?Are you confident supporting teams with systems and administrative processes?Looking for a role where organisation and attention to detail really matter?What's in it for you£30,000 to £40,000 depending on experienceCompany performance bonus25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option of up to 2 extra days per month through flexi arrangementsPrivate healthcare (individual cover)Hybrid working - up to 2 days from home per week (subject to business need)Company sick payDefined contribution pension schemeLife assurance - 7x annual salaryWhat will you be doing?Supporting the document management system, ensuring documents are stored and maintained correctlyAssisting with system updates and testing functionality before releaseManaging document transmittals in line with internal and regulatory requirementsActing as a key user for the system, resolving queries and tracking issuesProviding guidance on document control processes in meetingsArranging equipment shipping through external couriersSupporting wider Site Services activities with general administrationWhere you'll be doing itYou'll be joining a technical and highly regulated environment, supporting a Site Services team with document control and administrative activities. The team works closely together to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth day-to-day operations.What you'll needAt least 3 years' administrative experience, ideally in a technical or engineering environmentExperience with document control or document management systems (training can be provided)Experience working in a process-driven or regulated environmentGood level of education (A Level or HND or equivalent)Strong organisational, planning and communication skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office and data systemsAbility to work well within a team and across different departmentsHigh attention to detail and reliabilityWe appreciate your CV may not be up to date.
