Salary: Up to £38,000 pa

Document Controller - East Sussex - Permanent Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join a dynamic Main Contractor in East Sussex. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth management and control of project documentation across multiple sites, with occasional travel to project locations throughout Sussex.
Document Controller - Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documentation using established systems and following company processes.

Ensure all documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and easily accessible.

Liaise with consultants, design teams, and site teams to ensure timely document updates.
*
Support the coordination of drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
*
Be a key part of Project Teams, enabling all team members to have the most up to date technical information.

Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for meetings and reviews.
Document Controller - Requirements
• Proven experience in a document control role, ideally within main contracting or development.
• Strong understanding of document management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and be involved in multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel to sites as required.
