About the Role


We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller / Site Administrator to join the team on a project based in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and has strong document management and administrative skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure documents are correctly logged, distributed, and archived using project management systems.
  • Maintain accurate document registers, transmittals, and revision control.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing documentation between the site team, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Provide general administrative support to the site management team.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, minute taking, and action tracking.
  • Support site processes including inductions, records management, and filing systems.
  • Ensure document control systems remain organised and up to date.


Requirements


  • Previous experience in a Document Controller, Site Administrator, or similar role, ideally within construction or engineering projects.
  • Aconex experience is essential.
  • Procore experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
