Agreement and production of project File Naming Conventions. Onboarding external Consultants and Subcontractors Viewpoint for Projects to Aconex, Asite, Business Collaborator CEMAR etc.). Dealing with queries from all internal and external project users in a professional manner. Completing daily Quality Assurance reviews. Ad hoc duties as required. Work with Document Management Systems. Competency with the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Use of Viewpoint for Projects would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
