Document Controller – Data Centre
Location: Beaconsfield, UK (Office-based, remote from data centre)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support our Data Centre project from our Beaconsfield offices. This is an office-based role, and the successful candidate will work remotely from the data centre (no site attendance required).
The role will focus on:
* Managing, organizing, and controlling project documentation for Data Centre projects.
* Maintaining document registers, version control, and ensuring compliance with project standards.
* Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
* Supporting the project team during pre-construction and construction phases with accurate document control.
* Ensuring all documentation is stored securely and easily retrievable for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Document Controller on Data Centre projects is essential.
* Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
* Proficient with document management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work independently from our Beaconsfield offices and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams.
