Reporting to the Divisional Director of Quality and Nursing - Surgery, you will lead the delivery of the quality governance, patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience agenda across the Surgical Division. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee divisional quality governance systems and risk management Continue to support the embedding of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) Chair governance meetings and produce high-quality reports and assurance Lead incident learning, audit and quality improvement activity Support CQC readiness and national safety requirements Work closely with divisional leaders, corporate quality teams and external partners
