Divisional Health and Safety Advisor

Location: North West (Manchester/Liverpool) – Hybrid Role

Salary: upwards of £50,000 depending on experience + Company Car or Car Allowance + Private Healthcare

We’re seeking a supportive and driven Health and Safety Advisor to join our team, providing expert guidance across our Northern and Facilities Management contracts. What you’ll be doing:

  1. Champion a “Safety First and Foremost” culture across all operations, ensuring visibility and integration in all activities.
  2. Support and advise Divisional Directors, Managers, and Supervisors on H&S responsibilities with a coaching-led approach.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to review safe working practices and ensure compliance with Health and Safety Management Systems.
  4. Act as the regional H&S expert—your first point of contact for significant issues.
  5. Build strong relationships across teams to promote a positive, proactive safety culture.
  6. Attend operational and client safety meetings, briefings, and reviews.
  7. Drive continuous improvement in safety standards, contributing to the wider SHE strategy.
  8. Work collaboratively within a team supported by a Health and Safety Manager who values innovation and development.
