Job Title: Divisional Clinical Director – Division C Contract Type: Permanent Key Duties The Divisional Clinical Director will be accountable for the operational leadership, performance and strategic development of the Division. This will include accountability for high quality patient care, patient safety, clinical quality and governance, the delivery of agreed performance and financial objectives, and ensuring that the Division operates with the safety of patients as its highest priority. The Divisional Clinical Director will work as part of the Divisional Management Team in order to achieve these objectives. 5 Programmed Activities committed to this role (Consisting of 4 additional SPAs + 1 of your 2 regular SPA allocation) plus £25k responsibility allowance. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who has significant clinical leadership experience and a proven track record of service development and undertaking transformational change. You will be resilient, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate our Trust values of Patients First, Always Improving, and Working Together.
