We are looking for a Distribution Compliance Officer- Asset Management based in London. It will be a hybrid model.Purpose of the role:To act as a client-focused compliance partner to the Distribution team by advising on client onboarding and regulatory requirements, monitoring and interpreting regulatory change, and supporting the compliant creation and approval of marketing materials in the UK and internationally.What you'll do:Act as the client-centric compliance partner to the Distribution team, advising on client onboarding, eligibility, and distribution-related regulatory matters.Monitor and interpret regulatory change, leading gap analysis and providing clear, practical guidance aligned to industry best practice.Review and approve UK and international marketing materials, working with senior management on complex or higher-risk items.Support product distribution and development, ensuring regulatory compliance across structures such as UCITS, ICAV, ACS, and segregated mandates.Contribute to product governance and international distribution activities, including liaison with FundRock and internal stakeholders.Support broader risk, compliance monitoring, and governance activities, including reporting, committee papers, and promotion of a strong compliance culture.The skills you'll need:Experience in an operational asset management environment.Strong communication skills.Specialist in Distribution and marketing within Compliance.Working knowledge of JMLSG as it applies to fund management activities.Prior experience of investments activities in an asset management business within a relevant role.Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.Strong understanding of UK and Irish compliance and regulatory requirements.Next stepsThis client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella/PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and speak to one of our sourcing specialists now.AMS, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, may in the delivery of some of its services be deemed to operate as an Employment Agency or an Employment BusinessJBRP1_UKTJ
