Distribution Centre Performance ManagerHybrid WorkingThe RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, team spirited individual to join IPC EMEA as Distribution Centre Performance Manager.The purpose of this role is to work within the IPC EMEA Equipment and Services team as part of the Supply Chain and Operations function, to drive value, efficiency, compliance and performance from new and existing consolidators, with constant attention to Franchisee profitability and the strategic goals of IPC EMEA and Subway.The successful candidate will have stock management, distribution, transport and supply chain experience, ideally within Europe and Middle East.Key AccountabilitiesManaging and reporting on the operational performance of Equipment and Services consolidatorsMaintaining optimum inventory levels with the Consolidators and holding Consolidator to account.Ensuring product forecasts are up to date and accurateIdentifying and accounting for any unforeseen costs and putting mechanisms in place to manage. xwzovoh Creating detailed analysis and reporting to provide key insights for all Equipment and Decor team membersDeveloping reports for publication to key stakeholdersMaintaining optimum inventory levels with the ConsolidatorsResponding to and resolving any Equipment and Services quality or availability complaints in a timely mannerCommunicating clearly and continuously with stakeholders, Franchisees and vendors - both proactive publications and responding to escalations/feedbackOwn market specific S&OP meeting with Subway and H&K to manage demand pipeline.Work with IPC comms team to prepare monthly and ad hoc price communicationAbout us<You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.Please click on the apply button to read the full job description
