My client is a global law firm with a rapidly growing presence in Scotland, now looking to add a disputes solicitor to its team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. While experience in construction disputes would be a strong advantage, the firm is equally open to speaking with accomplished commercial litigators who are keen to develop a specialism—or broaden their contentious experience—within a genuinely market-leading environment.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Partner who is widely respected for both technical ability and their commitment to developing people. This is a team where support and progression are not buzzwords, but an embedded part of the culture. You’ll also be joining a disputes practice that continues to expand, fuelled by major infrastructure, energy and commercial projects that ensure a strong and varied pipeline well into 2026 and beyond.
