Job Opportunity: Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

A great opportunity to join an established dispute resolution team in Glasgow, working on a varied and interesting caseload. The role offers good quality work, regular client contact and the chance to continue developing your litigation experience within a supportive team.

Experience:

    \n
  • Managing a range of dispute resolution matters, including contractual disputes, property litigation and professional negligence claims
  • Representing clients in Sheriff Court proceedings and advising on alternative dispute resolution options
  • Assisting with the supervision and development of Trainees and Junior Solicitors

Skills:

    \n
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in litigation
  • Clear and confident communication with clients and colleagues
  • Well organised with a practical, commercial approach
